When will my order ship?
We ship most orders within 1-3 business days from our studio in Los Angeles. U.S. orders typically arrive within 2-5 business days, and most international orders within 7-14 business days.
Do you offer Priority and Rush shipping?
Yes! Priority Mail typically arrives within 1-3 business days within the U.S. after production. Need it even sooner? Rush Service moves your order to the front of our production line for next-business-day processing, with most U.S. orders arriving within 1-3 business days from ordering.
What is your jewelry made of?
We use high-quality materials including 14k gold-filled, sterling silver, solid 14k gold, vintage components, freshwater pearls and semi-precious stones. Materials vary by piece and are listed in each product description.
How do I care for my jewelry?
Avoid harsh chemicals and store your jewelry in a dry place when you're not wearing it. A polishing pad is included with any raw brass charm.
What is your return or exchange policy?
We're happy to accept returns and exchanges. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll help you with the next steps.
