Q. Can I get help designing my necklace? +
Julie offers virtual personal shopping appointments to customers who aren’t able to visit one of our in-person shopping experiences.

Q. How long does it take to ship my jewelry? +
We ship most orders within 1-3 business days out of our studio in Studio City, CA.
Q. When will my package arrive? +
Orders that qualify for free shipping typically arrive in 1-2 business days for California residents and 2-5 business days for residents in the contiguous United States.
Most International Orders (outside Canada) take 7-10 business days to arrive. Depending on the receiving country’s customs process and shipping carrier, it may take a bit longer.
Q. Can I get RUSH shipping? +
Yes, just select Priority or Rush shipping for US orders OR for international orders select USPS Priority International.
Q. What is your jewelry made of? +
Our 14K gold filled chains are designed with sensitive skin in mind.
Note: Some people are extra sensitive and can only wear pure gold. If that’s you, please email us or check out our pure 14K gold jewelry selection.
Our vintage glass charms are set in vintage gold plated brass backings.
Q. Will my jewelry tarnish? +
Your gold filled chains will never tarnish and should last a lifetime.
Our vintage brass zodiac charms with normal wear and tear will develop a natural patina and tarnish over time. Regularly polishing your charm with one of our polish pads or brass polish will help preserve them, keeping them bright and shiny.
Q. How do I return/exchange my order? +
Send us an email with your order number and reason for requesting a return/exchange.
For all US orders, we’ll issue a return label to you. Once we receive your item in its original condition, we’ll issue a full refund or ship the exchange item out to you. We are unable to offer free return shipping on international orders.
Q. Can I place an order over the phone? +
