Processing Time & Shipping
How long does it take to ship my jewelry?
We ship most orders within 1-3 business days out of our studio in Studio City, CA.
When will my package arrive?
Orders that qualify for free shipping typically arrive in 1-2 business days for California residents and 2-5 business days for residents in the contiguous United States.
Most International Orders (outside Canada) take 7-14 business days to arrive. Depending on the receiving country’s customs process and shipping carrier, it may take a bit longer.
Can I get RUSH shipping?
Yes, just select Priority or Rush shipping for US orders OR for international orders select USPS Priority International.
Jewelry Quality & Care
What is your jewelry made of?
Our 14K gold filled chains are designed with sensitive skin in mind.
Note: Some people are extra sensitive and can only wear pure gold. If that's you, please email us to inquire about our custom pure 14K gold jewelry selection.
Our vintage glass charms are set in vintage gold plated brass backings.
Our vintage brass zodiac charms are solid brass.
Our vintage hearts, letters and misc charms are gold plated brass.
Will my jewelry tarnish?
Your gold filled chains will never tarnish and should last a lifetime.
Our vintage brass zodiac charms with normal wear and tear will develop a natural patina and tarnish over time. Regularly polishing your charm with one of our polish pads or brass polish will help preserve them, keeping them bright and shiny.
While it’s perfectly ok to shower, swim, sweat and spray (perfumes, lotion, etc) while wearing your brass charms, they will tarnish more quickly that way.
Note: Did you know certain medications and one’s body chemistry can also lead to tarnishing? Of course, this is unavoidable, but it’s good to keep in mind.
Our gold plated brass charms can last for years with proper care. They do not need to be polished, but may wear and tear more quickly with showering, swimming, sweating and spraying.
We guarantee all our jewelry within six months of purchase and are happy to replace any item that does not maintain its quality beyond normal wear and tear.
Returns & Exchanges
How do I return/exchange my order?
Send us an email at julie@zodiacjules.com with your order number and reason for requesting a return/exchange.
For all US orders, we’ll issue a return label to you. Once we receive your item in its original condition, we’ll issue a full refund or ship the exchange item out to you. We are unable to offer free return shipping on international orders at this time.
For a full refund, merchandise must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
If purchase was made in-person, please note in your return/exchange request email the date, location, transaction amount and payment method so we can locate your order.
We guarantee all our jewelry within six months of purchase and are happy to replace any item that does not maintain its quality beyond normal wear and tear.

Can I place an order over the phone?
The best way to reach us to place an order is email: julie@zodiacjules.com. However, if you prefer please give us a call or text at 818-508-1993 Monday-Friday during normal business hours. Response time on phone messages is around 48hrs.

Jules offers virtual personal shopping appointments to customers who aren’t able to visit one of our in-person shopping experiences. You can book your Shop with Jules appointment HERE.

Gifts & Gift Cards
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes! We offer gift cards in denominations of $50.
Do you offer gift messages and gift wrapping?
You may send a note to the recipient. We will print it out and include it in the package. In the cart section before checkout, just enter a gift note. We package each item in a beautiful microsuede pink pouch that is perfect for gift-giving.
Wholesale & Events
Do you sell Wholesale?
Yes, we do offer wholesale ordering with proof of resale number. Purchase charms, necklaces or even a full zodiac bar set-up. Please click our Wholesale page and follow the instructions to get access to our virtual catalog.
Do you do custom jewelry for private events?
Yes! We’ve been lucky enough to participate in Bridal Showers, wellness events, Bat/Bar Mitzvahs, holiday/birthday parties, corporate events and more. Please visit our Private Event Booking page to fill out a request for your event.
